The Power Line Series is a high performance magnetic system for securing down precast concrete form rails. It’s the only magnet that is guaranteed and certified up to +/- 1% of the adhesion power. It has an improved performance on uneven surfaces with a more slender design requiring minimum space. Attaching a wide range of clamping accessories makes this a multi-functional system.

The (PRS) technique works without rubber-coating to create a magnet-free zone, fixing the magnet in its resting position is guaranteed by a magnetic field on the front end of the system. With its high magnetic force of up to 2000 kp per unit and a width of 75 mm (1600 kp is standard) this magnetic system can be used with higher rails than has been possible so far. When putting the system on the table, the magnet automatically adopts a holding position which shortens the preparation process, because a seperate fixing run is no longer necessary. The system does not contain any parts vulnerable to intensive wear and tear or disrupting additions for fixing, releasing or moving the magnet, this means a reduction in repair costs.

The KA-Series magnet is machined from solid material and fitted with high performance magnets, providing a high power system for securing DR Anchors. The magnetic surface is sealed, protecting it against corrosion and damages.

The R/Z – Series magnetic system was specifically designed to be fitted into reusable box-outs. Compared to other systems of its kind, this system is specially sealed, to protect its magnetic side. In addition, this system is characterized by a particularly high magnetic force.

The R/G Magnetic system is designed to help with installing attachments to steel forms without drilling or bolting. Because of our high adhesion power and slender design. This magnet holds attachments on flat and vertical surface with confidence, while taking up minimum space. These magnets come standard with metric threads from 10mm through 36mm. Standard UNC thread combinations are also available.

The MLU – 1000 Series Magnetic System is part of the collection. The Power Line Series magnets are the only magnets to be guaranteed to +/- 1% of its adhesion power. It has improved performance on uneven surfaces and requires less space due to its slender design and more powerful adhesion power. It has the ability to be multi-functional with a wide range of clamping accessories or may be fitted with a "U" profile rail.

The MLU – Series magnetic system is designed to add additional strength to areas of a form rail, block-out or doorframes. The MLU magnet can only be released from a steel surface by means of a specially designed release handle.
