A proprietary release agent which produces a hydrophobic effect on the form face. The end result is the elimination of bugholes or voids that are caused by thick form oils trapping air during vibration. It produces superior results where architectural concrete is a must.
UNSTAINED CONCRETE SURFACES: Architectural concrete surfaces remain free from stain, residue, surface
glaze and stripping damage.
WOOD FORMS LAST LONGER: Creates a hydrophobic surface on the form face, waterproofing the plywood. This
helps eliminate wicking of alkali water from the cement into the plywood. Alkali water from the cement is very caustic (pH 11-11.5) and rots the plywood. Causes forms to last 200-300% longer than untreated plywood. Other form oils can wick out of the plywood into the concrete causing stains that are difficult to remove.
METAL FORMS BECOME RUST FREE: Rust inhibitors help to prevent rust stains on the concrete and deterioration of the forms.
EXCELLENT FOR USE ON PRECAST CONCRETE: A light fogging prior to each use produces a clean break
with fewer voids and a lighter surface.

SURFACE PREPARATION: Forms should be dry and clean prior to application. When architectural or exposed concrete surfaces are involved, be sure to remove all build-up, rust, mill scale, existing form oil and replace any damaged panels prior to application.
APPLICATION: Ready-to-use direct from container. No mixing necessary. Apply in very thin films due to the concentration and chemical method of operation. All conventional means of application are acceptable. Sprayer provides the greatest economy.

LIMITATIONS: May cause dusting of concrete if overapplied. Improper vibration, placement techniques, sticky
mixes and other influences may also contribute to bugholes.
CLEAN-UP: Sprayers and other application equipment can be cleaned with mineral spirits.
WARNING: Contains petroleum solvents. Keep away from open flame. Use only with adequate ventilation. Red label not required.
STORAGE: Store inverted or on side away from excessive heat. Re-tighten bungs immediately after each use to avoid contamination.
