CONAC was established in 1985 to provide pre-casters with quality and cost effective materials in the pre-cast industry. Now after 17 years of successful operation, the company enjoys many satisfied customers that have supported us through those years. Our products are developed in conjunction with our customers’ request based on their input and requirements. These products maximize options for the unusual casting situations based on a daily basis.

CONAC introduced Seifert plastic spacers in 1985 due to demand for the use of non corrosive material in the industry. Gebr. Seifert was established in 1906 as a manufacturing company for industrial and constructional products. The firm took part in the rapid development of the construction industry and was the biggest and preferred supplier for most pre-castors.

Seifert has become a manufacturer of innovative and high-quality competitive construction products and systems. They are an international company which is committed to top-of-the-range products and customer service.

In 1999 CONAC introduced Pfeifer to the north American pre-castors, one of the leading European construction technology companies for rope anchoring and lifting systems. Pfeifer headquarters are in Memmingen, Germany and employs more than 700 people.
Turnover exceeds DM 100m p.a. More than a third of the turnover is generated abroad. They are the market leaders in the fields of lifting anchors, fixing systems, continuity systems and infrastructure technology. LIFTING ANCHOR SYSTEMS
Pfeifer has been developing and manufacturing transport anchor systems for more than 30 years and offer a comprehensive range systems for the lifting, transportation and fixing of pre-cast concrete elements.

We can supply transport anchors, formwork accessories and lifting devices for a wide variety of pre-cast concrete elements. These systems are available in BS, WK systems and as M threaded Units.
Fixing Technology

We offer cast in thread sockets with or without additional reinforcement for fixing heavy/large loads safely and with complete confidence.

Concrete Connection Technology

The PH reinforcement continuity systems and VS extending loop connection systems provide totally effective solutions for the structural connection of pre-cast elements.

Bearing Technology

The steel bearing system provides cost effective alternative to supporting beams for the end bearing of double T beams. Our VarioSonic staircase bearing for pre-cast concrete stairs, which can be adjusted under load during installation, provides simple and effective support as well as sound insulation.
Infrastructure Technology
Where earthling of reinforcement of concrete structures is required we offer our BEB concrete earthen system. The range comprises connecting cables and earthen sockets as well as a system for connecting bridge decks with bridge caps and anchors using our KAP 14 units.
